Heavy Armor Rod of Recharging
I've always wanted to do multi-tribal... Tree-Covered Hill Flat Woods Watery Fields Dark Lake Blazing Bog
It's pretty mythic, I'll give you that much.
My entry is Land of Denial.
For Challenge # 022. This is actually based on Great City of the Exxilons from my set.
Entered with Spawning Grounds. I think Summit of the Wyrm might be better though.
An entry for Challenge # 022. It's really hard to make a mythic land that's good enough and exciting enough to be mythic, without being too powerful and noninteractive. I think Summit of the Wyrm might be a better mythic design.
The "sac a land" was a midpoint between Vitu-Ghazi, the City-Tree and Tomb of Urami. This used to make 5/5 or 6/6 Elemental tokens, but I thought a splodge of 1/1s is easier for many decks to deal with. Perhaps two 3/3s would be even easier, although I think that might feel less mythic.
Nullus Troll Treason
Ravager of Body and Soul Bring the Darkness
This is much harder if you've never played Commander/EDH before...where would I have to go on the Wizards website to find info?
Also, @Vitenka and @jmgariepy: As long as we're making so many etching cards... ETCH-A-SKETCH!!!!!!!!!!! HA HEE!!!!!!!!!!!
Am I the only one that thinks I'm funny?

In which I mention my attempt last year at precisely this, Summit of the Wyrm.
For reference, the mentioned cards:
![[[Eye of Ugin]]](https://api.scryfall.com/cards/named?format=image&version=normal&exact=eye+of+ugin)
Buhhhhhh....
I created TWO for Sivitri Scarzam. Scarzam, Dragonlady Scarzam's Dragon
Flickering Flames Also, a cycle: Carved from Stone Forged from Light Crafted by Nature Summoned in An Instant Fashioned from Darkness Created by Artifice
Farrnhal, Lifeshaper Farrnhal's Light Farrnhal's Grower Not sure how obvious the relationship between the three is, but...
Bringing back tribal, after a fashion, I guess.
Sky Whisperer
Otherworldly Shaman
Goblin Caller
To quote Vitenka: "Possibly my worst challenge entry, and that's saying something."
EDIT: Oh, I forgot about that Oracle of Shadows fiasco. Second-worst, then.
This concept I ripped off Duel Masters...:P Basically, you can play these cards as lands that you discard after a turn. Oh, and they don't count towards your land limit. Probably needs a better name than "Fertilizer," but I have a sick sense of humor and not much time, so what the heck. It's more a mechanic for a set or two than a permanent thing, but for what it is, it's fine.
Energy Grizzly Blast Bug
What could Purple be...?
I'm envisioning something like interacting with parts of the game that aren't usually interacted with; exile and planeswalkers, sure, like the ideas @Jack V had, but also a color that utilizes control concepts for aggro effects...? We'll see.
Purple is also apparently a great opportunity for the Faith No More references... ;)
Recoil
Surprise! You're Dead
Sel'nath, the Hidden One
I'll probably be doing a lot of editing on this one in the coming months...
For New Phyrexia: Energy Splicer Blessing of Elesh Norn Blightmind Thief
Argesh of the Diamond Kind of wondering about that last ability, but I figure, "If you can live long enough to make it work, why not?"
Pull From the Æther
Mana Magnet Much better!!! (My last one sucked :P)
That's true. As you suggested once, I would like make a (Type) Cleric Knight if I really wanted a Paladin.
I made a type line mistake. Also changed it, because I liked jmgariepy's suggestion. Alex, I didn't know that card existed, though I did think there was an angel version (the name of which escapes me).
