They've tended to be Knights and/or Clerics. And I can kinda see way; it might feel wrong for Knight Exemplar to not pump Paladins.
Reminiscent of Dragonsoul Knight.
Oo, a first striker with a useful-in-combat sac ability. There should be more of these; Vampire Hexmage is the only other I can think of, and her ability to remove +1/+1 counters got kinda overshadowed by her ability to remove ice counters.
I like the fact that, while these change color, they have obvious physical cues that tell you they all belong to the same race. It would be too easy to make them all care bears. Should this creature "become a red Orosian Dragon creature" instead of just become a dragon? You'd think it would be easier on the tribal interactions down the line...
I created Orosian Elite, Orosian Forerunner, and Orosian Cloudsight.
Bonus! Two new types. I don't know why Paladin isn't a type already.
For Challenge # 021. See comments on Orosian Elite.
Tweaked ability; changed color.
For Challenge # 021.
The Orose are a race I created that have the ability to change into different forms, each of which has a different color of fur, and one of which is a sort of dragon. Though this and Orosian Forerunner both become red, that's not meant to be a theme. They all simply change form in some way. Should this be a blue creature?
Since you might be curious, Orose are humanoid creatures with spiked tails, insect wings, and extendable bone claws something like Wolverine's.
For Challenge # 021. See comments on Orosian Elite.
Forgot flying.
I made Isolation Plate.
For Challenge # 020. I'm thinking this is probably too cheap. Oh well.
Hippocamps! You know... like this Wikipedia article on Hippocamps.
They've appeared on a number of cards with old artwork, such as Vodalian Knights, but I'm pretty sure there hasn't been a Hippocamp as an attacking creature yet. I assume that any set that sported Hippocamps has a lot of water in it. In this mock set I'm making up, White Plains are underwater, so Hippocamps can appear in White and Blue.
The theme behind hippocamps is that they give a bonus to a creature attacking or blocking with them. Really, that could be a Horse tribe mechanic, but oddly, most Horses in Magic don't do that. I also added an extra creature, because Hippocamp Aerialist is too close to a real Magic card to feel like a new submission. See also: Hippocamp Skirmisher, Hippocamp Charger and Hippocamp Nightmare.

For Challenge # 021. My first attempt at creating a Hippocamp. Unfortunately, when I was done, I realized that I had recreated Kinsbaile Balloonist with minor differences. It fits the creature, though, so I'm keeping it and adding one extra.
Maybe make it gain 1 or 2 life instead - very "white witch" then
