Alex continued with Banshee Chorus, which I followed with Amoeba Blade.
Riffing on Banshee Chorus for Challenge # 033
heh. Beat to the punch.
Wow. That's going to go out of control very fast. you do realize that the first time this is activated, your opponent will be taking 4 damage? By that point, the banshee's won't have summoning sickness, so your opponent can activate them (assuming, let's say, that he has
mana) and that you will be taking a grand total of 16 damage.
That's really interesting. The progression is quite scary.
Turn 2: Pay 2 mana, 1 banshee chorus
Turn 3: Lose 1 life, pay 2 mana, 2 banshee chorus
Turn 4: Lose 4 life, Pay 4 mana, 4 Banshee chorus under opponent's control.
Turn 4 1/2: Lose 16 life.
But it is hard to ensure your opponent can't aim them back at you.
You're a lifesaver Alex. I rather like the 'double enchant creature' doodad. I might use these one day.
Continued the thread with Banshee Chorus.
Created for Challenge # 033 and riffing off jmgariepy's Siren's Eyes.
I tried a version of this with Auras, but the wording was horrible. Token creatures make it rather easier.
May I suggest this wording (based on Imperial Mask):
> When ~ ETBs, if it's not a token, put a token copy of it onto the battlefield attached to target creature.
> Enchanted creature must be blocked by a creature enchanted by an Aura named Siren's Eyes if able.
Oh, nifty! Something like Fiend Hunter, but stronger flavour.
Continued on with Siren's Eyes.
Riff leads to Siren's Eyes.
For Challenge # 033 and riffing off of Link's Gazeholder. Really, this event seems common to me, but the sheer number of words pushed me up to uncommon, which is a shame...
Camruth made Distracting Ferret and I followed it with Gazeholder.
For Challenge # 033 and, sort of, Challenge # 003.
I don't think this is proper wording. Oops.
For Challenge # 033
Play him normally to neuter opponent's best blocker or play him on opponent's turn to do the same to their best attacker.
I made Sudden Stoat.
