Wizards have mostly done away with "at end of turn" - I suggest "at the beginning of the next end step".
Also, I like this card.
Even so it makes a Scornful Egotist virtually unanswerable, and there's a phrase you won't hear very often.
Or in fact, as Rachael points out, it itself is 7 mana. It might as well say (7) than (X), because nobody's going to be casting an 8-mana spell with this out; even Scornful Egotist's morph shell would cost (10)! I think it's absurdly overpowered - way too much of a tax to impose.
Set the tax at (3) and that would be a very strong card. (7) is just too much.
This would probably cost more than 5 since black doesn't get control magic often, and you can't respond by bouncing or disenchanting. I know there's a non-black restriction, but saying "It doesn't work on 20% of the creatures" doesn't make people feel better when it works on their creatures 100% of the time.
That being said, this is good design space. It's not the first time I've seen this pop up, but, you know, that's a good sign that people would like to see your mechanic exist.
Deathmage's Touch.
Ooh... yes. Good point.
Also, you can no longer go huge on an Ashnod's Altar. Man, this guy is dangerous.
I changed it so it "reforms" at end of turn. That way, your opponent can burn it or otherwise kill it to get an attack in.
I forgot to add that this is for Challenge # 033. And, yes, it's very hard to get rid of and should probably cost at least

. But where's the fun in that?
Hm... funny thing is, this card would probably cost
after testing. It doesn't seem that much better than Doomed Traveller.
Oh hold it, I lied. It makes copies of copies, making it, probably, too cheap. Still cool, so I'll bite.
I see we slipped back into 'things that make two things'. I approve.
Bog Witch demanded 3 mana just to get the creature down, and that was back when straight-up Dark Ritual was deemed a fair power level.
This needs to state that it returns to the battlefield, because when the enchanted creature dies, this goes to the graveyard. Otherwise, I like it.
In response, I cast Tenacious Tenacity.
For Challenge # 033 in response to Tenacious Ghost.
To clarify: when the enchanted creature dies, it comes back. As long as nothing prevents this, the opponents choose whether they want this card. The active player gets first dibs due to APNAP. This doesn't target after the initial casting.
Here, this is less scary.
D'oh. I forgot to make an exception for mana abilities.
It costs at least
to tap a land for mana. Good luck getting that first 7 mana.
Tenacious Ghost is next.
Followed with Tenacious Ghost.
I like this. :)
