Potent! Cheap full unblockability, and also moderately-cheap card draw on top of that. Nice.

I'd say "Scary as a common" but this is a cube, so it's not actually that rarity, really.

Hmm, you don't get to decide what it blocks? That actually feels more red than white to me. Less "I give you permission" and more "Yeah, you're gonna go fight something". But it's probably fine this way; and explicitly choosing the fights is too much bluer maybe.

This is potentially a pretty scary shutdown, mind you. Against a combat deck it's 1-for-4 (or even worse for a token deck) removal. But eh, that's just a rarity warning really.
