Crystal Shard would be a bit better (given you're unlikely to have the mana to wrath twice per turn, or indeed the need to).

I was randomly looking at this, and then I looked at the contest. I have to say that I don't like the winner at all. Correct me if I'm wrong, but barring Garruk Relentless, non-evergreen keywords do not appear on Planeswalkers. In addition, it may be clear to a player what "Cascade X" means, but I don't believe it makes sense within the rules. Personally, I think this is a much better design than the top two.

Oddly, Porphyry Nodes suggests that it must be black contributing the lifegain element to this card :)

Bwahahaha. A commentary on how drawback-style slivers like Plague Sliver wouldn't work with the new M14 approach. Shouldn't this be silver-bordered?
That set of rules seems theoretically consistent. Although not required by this card, which would be much more simply done as a Haazda Snare Squad with the trigger from Knightly Valor.
