Is it intended that you can reset the 'walkers counters to 5 by using that +1 on itself?
Overcosted by
or so IMO.
> Whenever ~ becomes blocked, defending player puts the top two cards of their library into their graveyard.
You can also check Flint Golem's oracle wording.
The missing punctuation really messes with me.
Huambo is just a generic beast. The name Huambo would be native to the continent though.
Yes.
Those wacky Peccaries. This is a callback to Pockmark Peccary from (as I understand it) set 1.
Can this block one nonflying creature + any number of flying creatures at the same time?
This seems like one of those few activated abilities that target creatures and could be acceptable at common. The block + tap to activate trick is a bit iffy though.
I think I'll keep it hound since I don't want to give the at least one hound I have based-off the maned wolf Long-Legged Frazzlemane it's own creature type. Honestly, I think the real answer would be to condense the various canine species into a canid creature type. I don't see WotC doing that though.
Fun fact, South American foxes are a different genus from vulpes and aren't really foxes. I think the gray fox is still a fox, despite not being a true fox, so we'll say in Coaxkika that foxes and shapeshifters with fox forms are based on the gray fox.
Maybe its own type like Jackal? Anyway, since Jackal was folded into Hound for a while, I feel Hound is the default creature types for the genus to WotC.
Jeez, I don't know if this should be a hound or a wolf for the creature type.

Likely, with the original name, I probably meant that the spell's caster was the offender.
The offensive offenders offense.
Offense is a noun. Like Lightning Bolt or Abnormal Endurance - acceptable for instants.
That's still more adjecty than verby.
True, not verby enough. "Offend" isn't taken :)
Yeah, though that seems to have a simple fix: Let's call it "Repeat Offense".
Name sounds like a creature.
... Perhaps not? It requires keeping track of enemies graveyards so likely a red-flag. You can reasonably have a couple of flagged cards though (~20% of commons) - especially if they are somewhat 'minor offenders'. In a set where you would need to be aware of graveyards anyway (say a set with retrace, flashback, scavenge, unearth, or whatever) it wouldn't be an issue though.
It only took 4 years for someone to give you some kind of an answer :P
