A simpler way of saying this is "Creatures you control that entered the battlefield this turn have hexproof."
Does that clear up the first thing?
This isn't particularly useful, since anything an opponent would want to do in spite of hexproof, they could simply do before the trigger resolves to give it that ability. And with the bonus only lasting one turn, it doesn't shut off any removal they might draw in future turns either.
Wording suggestion (assuming I've understood this right?):

It's False Prophet! Which seems fine in black too (destroying rather than exiling, as this does).

Pitchburn Devils with +1/+0 for
more? Sure.
Reminds me of Mind's Eye. But it's better in one way (no cost to you) and worse in two (loot not draw, opponents may prevent). Also reminds me of Rhystic Study. Also faintly reminiscent of Consecrated Sphinx but obviously the power level there is way, way higher.
