This isn't particularly useful, since anything an opponent would want to do in spite of hexproof, they could simply do before the trigger resolves to give it that ability. And with the bonus only lasting one turn, it doesn't shut off any removal they might draw in future turns either.
Does that clear up the first thing?
A simpler way of saying this is "Creatures you control that entered the battlefield this turn have hexproof."
