Hmm... It's still much better than Fester, true. I think the thing to do is up the cost.
Changing how much power it shrinks barely affects how good it is.

Yikes. It's not quite Consecrated Sphinx levels of card advantage, but it's better than Thought Reflection, and hexproof is a powerful advantage.
Nice! A bit odd to see green caring about instants and sorceries, but if it's going to do it this is a fine ability to trigger off it.

Just a boring note: blue doesn't get 2/2 for 1U. This needs to be 2/1, 1/2 (or 1/3), or UU.
Curious ability. It'll be rare for it to matter: dying in combat will be too late for flying to matter, and even in the case of sorcery speed kill spells you'll only benefit if you left this back to block and another creature of relevant size as well.
Put it this way: I'd pretty much always have Aven Fisher.
