  That's all fair enough. I will just note though that Cloudshift was printed in Avacyn Restored specifically because blink was so good in the set (they added blink because it interacted so well with soulbond).

  It's definitely a bit of a concern, but Time Spiral backed itself into a corner when the team decided that every card had to be a reference to a past card. That's a big restriction, I don't intend to go so far myself.

  I think a return to Dominaria is certainly well suited for having lots of nods to previous Dominarian cards. The big question is whether you can avoid the problems that Time Spiral had.
