It's an artifact creature right (P/T at bottom)? Needs the creature type.
I think the whole thing is pretty inescapably Un. You could do something with removing abilities and giving counters for each one. Even that would be venturing into realms the Comp Rules have avoided, because it'd make multiple copies of (say) Flying no longer redundant.
Mmm, yes. That is a problem. And "As printed" pushes it firmly into 'un' territory.

This card works differently on each printing of the card and oracle update.

Which works for that - but I want this to test the wording towards a creature that counters mass removal but can be singly removed.
Um. Not really. Most entertaining interaction: I put a -1/-1 counter on a creature, which mutually annihilates with one of its words. Then this leaves play. The creature now has its text as before, except without one of those words...
You might be able to do something like "Spells and abilities treat ~ as if it were phased out. A player may pay 2 to ignore this effect for the resolution of one spell or ability."
