Another problem is that sadly this doesn't work the way you'd hope. If you flip it up in response to someone targeting it, it won't get the counter-and-counter. To do that, it'd have to say... either "0: Counter target spell or ability that targets ~. If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on ~." or: "If a spell or ability targeting ~ would resolve, instead counter it and put a +1/+1 counter on ~." That last one isn't as ugly as I'd expected, actually.
Deliberate use of hybrid frame on gold cards? It's nice, anyway :)
Yup, you can drop it for zero (and probably will, unless there's a powerblast around) - but then it sits there just begging you to animate it.
And, you know, messing up fireballs and such.
Meh, my wording is prettier :)
And.. as an enchantment I think it would need SOME way to get rid of it. I think we'll make that, it fits the 'uncontrolled power' theme.
I'm intending it to turn:
Flying Wurm / 4B / Creature - Wurm / Flying Stuff / 6/4
Into: / 4B / Creature / / 6/4 (and 6 +1/+1 counters if it was in play when the enchantment arrived)
...No, wait, discussing with Rachael I've realised you're right. By the time the triggered ability resolves, the creatures will have no text.
No, it removes all the words from creatures, then puts +1/+1 counters on the creatures for the words on them...
The extra newlines shouldn't be necessary as well. I've got CSS to separate paragraphs a bit.
