Not sure if the first option in the ultimate is too white since black's never seems to care about your life total when it comes to helping (barring liches).
Drenth is a hydra planeswalker. I'm not sure if it'd be possible, but I think Drenth would be on multiple planes at once, through the use of his many heads. Perhaps he could separate parts of his body to do that if need be.
I considered making head tokens instead of hydra tokens for flavor purposes, but I felt that since his ability is rather slow if someone had other hydras that his ultimate shouldn't be a problem.
A one-drop walker wasn't my initial intention and rather came after I came up with the +0, which was the first of his abilities that I came up with.
Cute. I could easily see this being mono black.
I'm figuring for this cycle Plains- ability to tap for U Island- ability to tap for B Swamp- ability to tap for R Mountain- ability to tap for G Forest- ability to tap for W Plains- ability to tap for B Island- ability to tap or R Swamp- ability to tap for G Mountain- ability to tap for W Forest- ability to tap for U

I would enjoy seeing this emblem on a planeswalker, for sure.
Powerful. The ultimate would be lots of fun. Actually, all of the abilities look quite fun.
Your wording is pretty casual, and I'm not sure "proper" wording would fit on the card.
[+2] Until your next turn, you may cast nonland cards add though they had flash. (See Alchemist's Refuge.)
[-4] Target player chooses draw phase, main phase, or combat phase. During that player's next turn, he or she should each instance of the chosen phase.
The last one is the farthest from workable wording. See Lighthouse Chronologist for an approximation of what I think you might want.
Finding an accurate Burmese name was a bit hard since they're typically three or four words. Anyway, I figured one of my future sets needed a blue planeswalker. I didn't feel any of the ones I'd designed so far were good fits, so I thought about a role to fill and found time mage needing someone to take up the mantle now.
