Finding an accurate Burmese name was a bit hard since they're typically three or four words. Anyway, I figured one of my future sets needed a blue planeswalker. I didn't feel any of the ones I'd designed so far were good fits, so I thought about a role to fill and found time mage needing someone to take up the mantle now.
Powerful. The ultimate would be lots of fun. Actually, all of the abilities look quite fun.
Your wording is pretty casual, and I'm not sure "proper" wording would fit on the card.
[+2] Until your next turn, you may cast nonland cards add though they had flash. (See Alchemist's Refuge.)
[-4] Target player chooses draw phase, main phase, or combat phase. During that player's next turn, he or she should each instance of the chosen phase.
The last one is the farthest from workable wording. See Lighthouse Chronologist for an approximation of what I think you might want.
I would enjoy seeing this emblem on a planeswalker, for sure.
