Btw, what is the number of different tokens in the set? You should watch out for that. Also, there seems to be too many reprints in the set...
Feels like an attempt to capture flavour. Given the "Why is this?" questions, feels like a miss.
You have to admit it's pretty archaic. Regenerate is currently falling out of favor for indestructible so a phrase like "can't be regenerated" is very outdated.
Some cards that would be more reasonable: Melt Terrain, Seismic Spike (powerful), and Survey the Wreckage.
I would consider something like: "Destroy target land. Creatures can't block this turn."
I really dislike the two card discard when there are so many 1s elsewhere on the card.
This is weird on multiple levels. Why doesn't it reduce power? P/T reduction is already too close to damage and this makes that even worse. Also, why is there an option to exile the creature when it dies?
Is this an instant or sorcery? Oh wait—Renewing Touch.
I remember making the same land cycle (mechanical) with the same purpuse in mind (upgrading the original Homelands cycle).
Now I am asking you the same question I had to face next: Does the set want this specific land cycle? There is no hint of a multicolor theme and there is at least one other rare land that hints at a ETBT land cycle.

That's pretty darn powerful for an uncommon considering it's sometimes better than Death Cloud.
Now it's a free Jump. Also, memory issues so this would be better as an Aura. If you really want it to keep it as an instant, a "memory hack" would be to exile the instant itself so players could use it as a reminder (as if it were an untouchable aura).

Enchanted creature has lifelink and is a black Vampire in addition to its other colors and types.
It's not entirely clear what this does... I would change it to:
You gain 1 life. If you control a white permanent, you gain 3 life instead. (Lands are colorless.)

I'm considering adding a small cycle of tri lands, somewhat similar to the homelands original trilands cycle. Just not as terrible... But not as good as the existing shards/wedges from Alara/Khans block.

First iteration ability removed, went with something that is a bit more on tribal. Ends up being an expensive +1/+1 counter engine; maybe a bit to good? But the 3 mana per activation seems to be fine.
