I remember making the same land cycle (mechanical) with the same purpuse in mind (upgrading the original Homelands cycle).

Now I am asking you the same question I had to face next: Does the set want this specific land cycle? There is no hint of a multicolor theme and there is at least one other rare land that hints at a ETBT land cycle.

This is strictly worse than Arcane Sanctum + since it's part of a cycle (Seaside Citadel, Crumbling Necropolis, etc) similar comparisons can be drawn between its ilk and (((Citadel of Ayse))), Ravi's Library, Koskun Mountains, and An-Havva Market.
