very underpowered, much worse than Grizzly Bears. 2 mana to maybe get a 1/1? Change it to a 3/3 and/or let the player put any land found into play imo.
Made it a 2/2 spirit bear. Which also synergies with Autumn
Still much worse than Grizzly Bears. How about you get the choice to put them on the top or the bottom of the library?
I made it to be some what comparable to Lair Delve; but a bit cheaper. Lair Delve was a fine limited card at 3 mana, and I feel like getting a grisly bear + knowledge and top card rearrange would be finely balanced for 2CC green in limited.
It is kinda like Augury Owl, but different.
Hmmm. Okay, as a green Augury Owl that looks at fewer cards because the body is bigger... yeah, I can see that. It's a little reminiscent of Llanowar Empath.
Tempted to make this an instant..... edit-> Changed from "reveal the top" to "look at the top and reveal a creature."
changed to top 3. Will keep at sorcery now.
Note: Putting all cards back on top of the library is a mechanic that does not generally play well compared to actual scrying.
I suggest using actual scrying e. g. "Scry 3, then reveal the top card of your library. If a creature card is revealed this way, foo"
Would Scry 2 balance well? Scry 3 seems a bit to good for a 1C common that most likely gives a 2/2.
(G): "Scry 3. Reveal the top card of your library. If it's a creature card, put it into your hand" although that's pushing it as far as how much green can scry. Maybe just go with Commune with Nature?
Btw, what is the number of different tokens in the set? You should watch out for that. Also, there seems to be too many reprints in the set...
There are a number of reprints, but I've reduced (or tried to) the number of different tokens.
2/2 spirit bears are the most common. I'll look into it though.
