:)
PWs couldn't attack anyway, except Gideon.
Yeah, it should read "Enchanted pw can't be attacked."
Hah! Just after they remove "unblockable" we get an even more evil wording :)
And now it probably won't happen, since even if the opponent plays a copy it wouldn't be sufficient removal.
"Fear" is one character shorter than "Reach" (as well as "Flash" and "Haste"), so Razortooth Rats should win out on that front.
Counting everything in the text box, the 10th Edition foil version of Time Stop was indeed printed with nothing but its rules text, so that one's right up there near Revised Blessing.
Right now, the shortest nonreminder rules text in Dominia is Giant Mantis.
Wake the Reflections has the shortest rules text of a nonpermanent, I think.
As for counting French Vanilla... I guess it's any card with just 'Echo'. You know, like on Goblin Patrol. Time Spiral echo cards added a mana cost, though, so I'm not sure how to count that.
Time Stop's number of characters beats Armageddon's. Assuming, of course, that you don't count the reminder text.
Nyehehe. Yes, that's the way to do it. What the heck would that rules box look like?
> You may have ~ ETB as a copy of any creature on the battlefield. If you do, it gains "Sliver creatures you control enter the battlefield as a copy of any creature on the battlefield."
Why not grant the clone ability to all slivers? That would be tons of fun.
Ha. I'll enjoy playing with that clause more, but it does make me sad to see it.
Celebrating the return of Slivers. The new ones will carry the dreaded "you control" clause, but to hell with that here.
I looooove
control.
It looks like R&D is actually making this card after all! It just has an extra
in the cost, and they cut that "bus crashing" Spirit clause since Ravnica isn't big on tribal themes.
Awesome :) Perhaps "Kitteh" instead of "Kitty" so it's pronounced more like "Jitte"?
Cloak of Mists is a perfectly serviceable card; it ought to be reprinted some time. Maybe the guilt-by-association of being a blue card from Urza block is just too much to have R&D give it any consideration. Or maybe...they're planning a take-off of it, like this!
To quote an old McDonalds commercial, "Hey, it could happen!"
Ha! Adeyke points out on the Wizards forums that this is actually functionally different to Grizzly Bears (ignoring the creature type), if there are Yixlid Jailers and Dead Reckonings involved.
I love the joke. From a purely mechanical point of view, I think it should be an instant to stop the card with cipher before the creature hits you.
Hehe. I made an encode card, too.

"Well, since it's silver bordered, I can't play it in the tournament. My win percentage in casual pick-up games on FNM though is spectacular."
Development suggested adding the text "Whenever you buy a Magic booster pack, you get a planeswalker point." As nice an idea as that sounded, we had to cut it for insufficient space in the text box.
