An Idea for a "Temporary Counterspell" that would be used by a Chronomancer (Time Wizard).
Not sure if the cost should be , I costed it as Memory Lapse which was another temporary counterspell. Would likely have a white counterpart a-la Exile, Swords to Plowshares etc that temporarily exiles permanents from the battlefield in a similar way.

This is the rare sorcery that I had originally planned to include in the Multiverse Designer Challenge for my entry in Challenge #004 - Elena Moreau. This plays in to her Ultimate by turning all the +1/+1 counters from her Graft creatures into more fodder for her ultimate.
