I think with the life payment it could be 1/1 for
; without it it should be 0/1.
it's not more powerful than a red pinger, of which there are many. I don't know exactly what the colour pie suggests for "T: target -1/-1" in terms of tweaks to the cost or P/T (if any) but it's obviously more or less right even without the life payment (although I like that flavour).
You think i can leave out the pay 1 life and it still be reasonable?

Arena is the archetypical fight effect: "Choose target creature you control and target creature an opponent controls. Each of those creatures deals damage equal to its power to the other."
No it wasn't intentionally suppose to work that way. I'm still trying to figure out the wording. Any suggestions?
Is it intentional that the first ability lets you choose different creatures-you-control for each part of the ability?
If you had a 2/1 and a 1/3, and your opponent had a 2/2, you could target your 2/1 to deal the damage and your 1/3 to receive it, killing the 2/2 without loss.
