it's not more powerful than a red pinger, of which there are many. I don't know exactly what the colour pie suggests for "T: target -1/-1" in terms of tweaks to the cost or P/T (if any) but it's obviously more or less right even without the life payment (although I like that flavour).

I think with the life payment it could be 1/1 for {2}{b}; without it it should be 0/1.
