By my reading, Nefarious Lich would be Die as soon as you take damage, whilst with Spellweaver Volute I think it does indeed become better as it will stay attached to the original instant. Maybe I should bump this to rare???
My idea with this was that it was a repeatable Shatter/Trinket Mage combo. Is dwarf because they are the faction and the goblins of Aerikal aren't tinkers.
I've been thinking and asking people if there's anything this is broken with. We're not quite sure whether Nefarious Lich would be "can't die" or "die immediately". Spellweaver Volute becomes quite a bit better. Overall though it's just an interesting combo and hoser card, and seems fine.
At mythic, this could easily be 5/5 for 5 mana or 6/6 for 6 mana. Though I'd be tempted to make it a 4/4 for 4 mana, to sync up better with No Mercy and A Little Mercy.

I think it is OK as Mystic Snake counters anything whilst this only hits Artifacts and Enchantments.
Fair enough, I'll leave it at common for now.

Yeah I know but I couldn't resist

Makes sense, have made the change.

Hee. Annul meets Naturalize meets Grizzly Bears. Awesome. The only question is, is it too much better than Mystic Snake to be an uncommon?
I don't know. Protective Bubble and Hisoka's Guard were common. (At first so was Whispersilk Cloak, but that was a bit sick.)
Ha. I'm sure you know this, but the word "Giant" isn't used like that in creature types... hence Giant Spider is a Spider but isn't a Giant.
Seems more like a goblin artisan than a dwarf artisan. See also Goblin Welder.
Sweet, I'll make that change - I worry too much about undercosting things and sometimes go overboard and overcost them.
Very nice tweak on Nature's Lore. Could cost just
.
cool, thanks
To link cards from other sets, you need to write a normal hyperlink:
[Lightning Prairie](http://multiverse.heroku.com/cards/2033)becomes
Lightning Prairie
Yep, good suggestion, noted. I'll probably get that in within the week.
