I think this may need to be uncommon.

I don't know. Protective Bubble and Hisoka's Guard were common. (At first so was Whispersilk Cloak, but that was a bit sick.)

Mask of Avacyn was okay at uncommon (not awesome, not bad) with an equip cost of {3} . This could get annoying very easily. Protective Bubble is an aura you can use once and the Guard is vulnerable to removal.

I think at {2} and {2} it's fine, since the boots are better and cheaper.

Maybe even cheaper. Neurok Stealthsuit wasn't exactly a tier 1 common (though, it certainly wasn't bad).
