Vigilance is seen in green more than any other colour except white. See Beacon Behemoth, Joraga Bard, Oakgnarl Warrior, Favor of the Overbeing, Snapping Creeper and Wilt-Leaf Cavaliers. This is fine.
As my set already used -1/-1 counters by the time this card was created, I had to work out how to use them instead of +1/+1 counters to represent the shark going into a feeding frenzy. Hopefully this works.
