Um. Wow. That first ablity is strong.
And they you get to untap all of your creatures? So this can be summarised as "All your creatures have either vigilance or unblockability"? Which... ok, that is a {u/w} card, fine - but one of terrifying power.

I guess my only objection, really, is that this needs to cost a big chunk more. I'd put it in the 7 or 8 bracket, to be honest. Especially since there's not even any summoning-sickness warmpup for the first ability.

it's bant for three reasons: -This opens up more opprotunity for the card as a commander -Also, it matters because there are blue cards in this set with tap anilities. -Finally, blue seems like a tappy color (tappy? lol) it rather taps opposing dudes, but I plan to expand it slightly.
