Um. Wow. That first ablity is strong.
And they you get to untap all of your creatures? So this can be summarised as "All your creatures have either vigilance or unblockability"? Which... ok, that is a card, fine - but one of terrifying power.
I guess my only objection, really, is that this needs to cost a big chunk more. I'd put it in the 7 or 8 bracket, to be honest. Especially since there's not even any summoning-sickness warmpup for the first ability.

I see. Glare of Subdual does the same thing, so I thought this was alright. Maybe I get rid of the second ability?
