I can easily simplify this though... i have a new idea for it.. i'll probably make another card that kind of does the idea but works better

Epic (For the rest of the game, you can't cast spells. At the beginning of each of your upkeeps, copy this spell except for its epic ability.)
Choose one:
- Creatures you control get +2/+2 UEOT and you gain 7 life.
- Counter target spell. It's controller shuffles a permanent they own into their library, then they put the top ten cards of their library into their graveyard.
- Destroy target permanent and it's controller loses X life, where X is the number of cards in all graveyards.
- ~ deals 4 damage to each creature and planeswalker, then the controllers of permanents dealt damage this way sacrifice an artifact for each permanent dealt damage this way and they discard their hands.
- Create a 6/6 green Beast creature token with Trample, then draw two cards.
