For this set "named Faceless Attendant, Faceless Company, or Faceless Warden" corresponds 1:1 to having the creature type Drone. I suggest you make that a simple tribal ability rather than name-checking.

If there wasn't that correspondence, I'd suggest adding it.

What does "third or ninth card" mean in this context?

Generally cards featuring an action keyword in this manner don't include its reminder text. Like in here I think it might imply this itself has some way to reminiscence.

In this case you could say "Each player discards a card, then each player that discarded a card this way draws a card." (see Rukh Nestraider). Or more simply "Each player that does, draws a card."

Typically red only gets this kind of looting if the discard is part of the cost (so that it's not just "T: draw a card" when hellbent)
