Oh hey, yea! I entirely autoread it as "mana cost 2 or less", which it does not say.
It can't search for itself, since it isn't CMC 2.
Thank you for pointing out the errors!
nit; "search your graveyard and/or library". As is you always search your library, so there's no need for the "if you searched your library this way" clause; either it should be /or, or you should always shuffle.
This seems pretty strong! In a multiples-format, you could Aspiring Squire in a Squadron Hawk like way, getting more Aspiring Squires. It never runs out of hits, also being able to put copies from your graveyard back in to your hand.
It'd definitely be a test for someone in a limited environment to survive T1 Aspiring Squire in to possibly T2 two Aspiring Squires, eternally able to return each other. Being a rare, that's less likely to happen.
Otherwise, this can serve a neat niche on finding specific combo pieces and recurring them. I like the elegance, I'm not sure what I'd remove or add to make more fair, other than just making it cost more mana.

I... honestly didn't realize I had done that. That's a good suggestion.
For this set "named Faceless Attendant, Faceless Company, or Faceless Warden" corresponds 1:1 to having the creature type Drone. I suggest you make that a simple tribal ability rather than name-checking.
If there wasn't that correspondence, I'd suggest adding it.
I think I clarified the meaning.
Also, looks like I just forgot the () to leave of reminder text. Woops! Thank you.
What does "third or ninth card" mean in this context?
Generally cards featuring an action keyword in this manner don't include its reminder text. Like in here I think it might imply this itself has some way to reminiscence.
Fair enough.
