Development (giving things costs and adjusting their power levels) is not my forte. That said, I would guess the following would be more appropriate:
Stormwood Hawklord
Creature — Bird
Flying, haste
, : ~ deals 3 damage to target creature or player.
Whenver ~ attacks, creature three 1/1 Bird creature tokens named Stormwood Bird tapped and attacking. They have ": This deals 1 damage to target creature or player."
4/4
It still looks odd for to have such a larger flier, but red does get Dragons with similar abilities.
I think this would be "safer" at either 4 CMC or dealing only 3 damage for the cost. Something to keep in mind is that permanents are much easier to recur and reuse than nonpermanents.
You could, in which case is one of those cards where white doesn't contribute to the cards abilities, but requiring a second color means it can be more efficient.
My comment on the token about them not belonging in mono-green has to do with this card having a hybrid mana cost. Because of that cost, when designing a hybrid card, you have to treat it as though it were both mono-red and mono-green in order for it to fit into the color pie, since it could appear in either deck. The tokens it produces don't fit in mono-red.
My comment about efficiency was meant to say only that this should have a much higher CMC in order to do all that you want it to do. After all, this hits for 8 flying damage the turn it comes out, and then does 14 damage the next turn, 6 of which can't be blocked.
Thanks for the long feedback! I dont know very many cards, and am not much for reading the mtg news, so this is all very helpful! Thanks for all the attention :D
Lightning Bolt and Goblin Grenade are amongst the most powerful burn spells of all time, though. So yes, this is comparable to the "normal" defined by the most powerful spells of all time. If that's what you're going for, then that's fine, but be aware this is possibly playable in Legacy/Vintage burn decks and would certainly drive a number of mono-red or heavy-red decks in Standard.
Some other comparisons: Shrapnel Blast was very strong in Standard even though it costs 2 and it's a 1-for-2, like Goblin Grenade. Char was played in Standard even though it costs 3 and damages you as well. Flame Javelin saw occasional Standard play even costing -or-. Violent Eruption was Standard-playable back in the day as well, costing plus needing a discard outlet. Stoke the Flames, Pyrotechnics, even Lightning Blast, all tournament-level. I will note that many of those are instant speed, which this isn't, exactly, but not only is this cheaper than basically all of them, it can sit on the table until you need it.
So yes, this would be entirely reasonable at . At it's very strong and will definitely get played in Standard and probably older formats, but that might be okay. Note that it's the flexibility to hit either players or creatures that's attracting the attention: for creatures-only you've got Flame Slash and for players-only you've got Flames of the Blood Hand and Boros Charm (both also played in tournaments).
Monowhite can grant hexproof to players, but doesn't generally get it on creatures. Green and blue have access to hexproof on creatures.
Compare to Courier's Capsule.
I suspect this should cost at least 4 mana. Consider the comparison to Underworld Connections.
I like this.

You can delete posts you make on cardsets over which you have control :)

I'd have to do some research. I think Mark Rosewater has a series on the color pie. Most of what I say I'm just pulling out of my brain.
okay cool... odd prospect, but I will do it to protect my desired flavor :D
oh okay. How should I change the tokens?
What kind of mana cost would be more realistic?
Thank you so much for the help, this set is coming together more every day!! :D
okay, i will make it Selesnya :D
Okay I will change it to artifact, to keep the flavor as i want it
:D Sorry for not knowing about color pie stuff, could I get some helpful links by chance?

You can ignore or accept feedback at your own discretion. You have complete control over the cards you create.
This would be fine as a card.
It's a pretty strong color pie violation for blue to search its own library for any permanent type other than artifact and put it into play, yes.
Okay so is good, i will go with that.

fine with me :D
