This is a cool card concept. I think it if it fits into one color, though, it's green. It should probably be {g}{w} and have a CMC of at least 6, though.

I get where you're coming from , but i dont think it is that abstract to have a blue library-searcher... Is it?

I don't want to tamper with colors to much, I want to have more color-based archtypes than Ixalan (this is the set im trying not to copy too hard)

It's a pretty strong color pie violation for blue to search its own library for any permanent type other than artifact and put it into play, yes.

I'd have to do some research. I think Mark Rosewater has a series on the color pie. Most of what I say I'm just pulling out of my brain.
