My comment on the token about them not belonging in mono-green has to do with this card having a hybrid mana cost. Because of that cost, when designing a hybrid card, you have to treat it as though it were both mono-red and mono-green in order for it to fit into the color pie, since it could appear in either deck. The tokens it produces don't fit in mono-red.

My comment about efficiency was meant to say only that this should have a much higher CMC in order to do all that you want it to do. After all, this hits for 8 flying damage the turn it comes out, and then does 14 damage the next turn, 6 of which can't be blocked.

oh okay. How should I change the tokens?

What kind of mana cost would be more realistic?

Thank you so much for the help, this set is coming together more every day!! :D

Development (giving things costs and adjusting their power levels) is not my forte. That said, I would guess the following would be more appropriate:

Stormwood Hawklord {4}{r}{g}
Creature — Bird
Flying, haste {r}, {t}: ~ deals 3 damage to target creature or player.
Whenver ~ attacks, creature three 1/1 Bird creature tokens named Stormwood Bird tapped and attacking. They have "{t}: This deals 1 damage to target creature or player."
4/4

It still looks odd for {r}{g} to have such a larger flier, but red does get Dragons with similar abilities.

awesome, that looks much nicer :D ty
