Glory Rework
Glory rework
Oh! But the white knight uncommon was also ramp. The knights don't really need that much ramp. Think I'll make it a card draw trigger.
1GG Lifegain trigger -> 2GG Ramp
Sounds good to me
There's really nothing here mechanically that would suggest this being a dryad. Maybe remove the first ability and add a mana ability - ie. Honored Hierarch, Circle of Elders, and Steward of Valeron.
Maybe with a cost increase you could try:
> Tap an untapped Knight creature you control: Add
to your mana pool.
nonland -> noncreature
4GG 5/6 -> 1GG 3/3
Do people care about getting Isamaru for their extra legends after turn 3?
Probably gonna make this an anthem effect.
That'd be a fun combo tho.
This cycle originally had a weaker ability with no mana cost, and a stronger grandeur ability. Just streamlining it.
Although now that the common cycle of legendaries has been changed to a cycle of renowned, perhaps this uncommon cycle doesn't really fit anymore.
Ideas welcome
It's a pity it's not the right colours for a Captain Sisay EDH deck.
Huh. A legendary spell-shaper. I guess that could be kinda interesting. You'll need a lot of legends, and a lot of things worth casting twice, to make this a sensible build-around though.
Loot -> Scry
I might simplify glory to care about tokens, rather than different ranges of CMC
sorcery clause
