I am. This was designed with Altar's Reap and Dead Weight in mind.
Do you know about Skullclamp?? Famously one of the most broken cards in magic history. This is a MUCH SAFER variant of that and I like it.
common -> uncommon
Replaced and/or with or for ease of reading
hand, grave, library -> anywhere
That artistry clause feels a bit factitious IMO. Also, I think it would be redflagged since, at least to me, it needs to be read twice. The 'and/or' makes it a little head-scratching.
Classist, most definitely
Maybe "inspire" would be a better name then. It seems you have tweaked how to represent "lesser folk" any way. (By which I presume you mean something classist, racist or sexist. :P)
The idea is that the glory of the power of gallasthene nobility inspires the lesser folk to do great deeds.
From flavor standpoint I don't get the connection between 'glory' and token creatures.

Gotta change this; The GU faction changed the most with the move to revised.
Just realized this card can, in one go, remove an opponent's creatue, and cheat out anything you want, as long as you don't already control a creature. Gotta fix this.
Guess I could just choose an arbitrary CMC; maybe 3.
Orcs, Passive First Strike -> Soldiers, Damage Trigger
