Balance Notes: This is basically unprecedented (Yay! Originality!). It seems like it could potentially be a bit on either side of balanced, if we test I'd keep an eye out for this.
Giving detailed balance notes on every card seems to be proving too much. I'll just comment on cards that seem like they might be unbalanced in one way or another, no need to note that a vanilla bear is a vanilla bear.
Balance Notes: There's not much close precedent for this, but it seems like it should be fine. It will be a high pick in limited, but a 3/2 dies to any playable burn spell ever, so it won't break anything in constructed and doesn't seem like it will break limited either.
Other soldier creatures --> soldier creatures, +1/+1 --> +1/+1 and vigilance for balance compared to Daru Warchief.
Considering that Daru Warchief grants a bigger bonus and a cost reduction as a 2/3 for , and its bonus is always on, this can stand to be a bit better.
Balance Notes: The closest precedent I could find was Magewright Stone, which can only untap a specific subset of creatures but doesn't require you to be in white or need to wait for your opponent to play a creature. This should be fine.
Balance Notes: It's Ethereal Armor plus lifelink for more.
Balance Notes: It's Divine Favor, which is not a particularly good card, but cheaper. In return for this cost reduction, it has a rather specific setup cost.
Balance Notes: Reprint.
Balance Notes: This is Kill Shot with a setup cost and an extra bonus, which seems fine. I could see picking it early in limited.
Balance Notes: Compared to Ajani's Presence, this seems perfectly balanced. Compared to Survive the Night, it looks OP, but StN is hardly the paragon of a good card, so I think we're fine.
Creature --> nonenchantment creature to prevent infinite loops.
Balance Notes: Through some really wonky precedent and rough calculations with Whitemane Lion and Benalish Knight, it seems like white common creatures with flash need to be about 1/2 mana more expensive than they would be without flash, the problem being that there's no precedent for a mono-white creature flickering as an ETB trigger. Come to think of it, this is an infinite loop with two of them. Fixing that. As far as other balance, 1 mana for a 1/1 flyer is mediocre in white, and 1 mana for a flicker is also mediocre, so about 1.5 mana for the two combined seems alright, which makes adding flash alright at .
Shin Herdsman, another vanilla. I will add said card to WoR in a few.
The difference, I think, is that krakens and leviathans aren't really sentient, so they tend to absorb the color of their surroundings. Humans on the other hand, are capable of higher thought, and obtaining a different color identity through their actions, thoughts, and personality.
