Balance Notes: There's not much close precedent for this, but it seems like it should be fine. It will be a high pick in limited, but a 3/2 dies to any playable burn spell ever, so it won't break anything in constructed and doesn't seem like it will break limited either.

Downsizing this to fix white's uncommon mana curve for creatures (it had one 2-drop, one 3-drop, and five 4-drops, now it has a 1-drop, two 2-drops, a 3-drop, and 3 4-drops, which is still odd but better).

Balance Notes 2.0: This might be a bit powerful at 2 mana, even with the significant stat reduction (3/2 to 1/1). I think it's alright, though.
