Supposedly, white doesn't get flash that much anymore, except with ETB abilities that require instant speed to be effective. (Innistrad had an ETB theme, so it had more flash creatures than average.) Giving away artifacts doesn't need to be instant speed, so this probably doesn't need flash.
No?
Face down?
Not any worse than existing storm combos?
How insane does this make Grapeshot?
This probably should be blue, but I don't like answers for blue that are blue themselves. Also, I might move this to Anydria...
Changed ability order.
Hmm.. Convoke and populate does seem delicious. Detain and Forecast would work on the same card. Hellbent and Unleash? Meh. Scavenge and Dredge would be interesting. Overload and Replicate? Now that sounds fun.
I've been wondering about the possible cross-guild spells in Sinker. I've also been wondering if they plan to bring back the original 10 keywords and match them up with the new ones. Something like:

Sorcery
Convoke
Populate, populate, populate.
Oh, wow. I never would have thought of that.
I get the idea of 'you can't wish for infinite wishes', but does this work? The card's text says there can be only one of itself, but then it tells you to name a card. Which rule is the winner here? This conflict can be avoided by restricting your naming choices to everything but itself. Then it would work perfectly.
Also, what would be the most broken thing to get with this? Probably Black Lotus or Ancestral Recall
Future sight had 12 original mechanics. Future sight also had 21 returning mechanics. I really hope they will be able to make something amazing.
As for this card, it's fing awesome though I think it's overload may be a little undercosted.
If they had made overload a variation on kicker instead of an alternate mana cost then it could have plausibly worked with scavenge as well, if you could overload a card when you use it's activated abilities as well. Then they could put overload on anything with an activated ability! That would have been awesome.
I was having fun with a creature that is Arrested by default. I was tempted to give it a
ability, but I thought a subset of people would find it interesting if it didn't have one.
Interesting idea. Definitely one for multiplayer.
Seems very inelegant to say "its activated abilities can't be activated" when it doesn't have any by default. Is it really a problem to be able to stick a Viridian Longbow on this rather than an Valiant Guard?
