You can't draw cards from someone else's library--that's why Shared Fate has to go to the lengths it does.

Would it be better to just use Karn Liberated's "restart the game" technology?

It's a pretty minor ability when all is said and done, but I still think not.

Not sure why this card needs an activation. Wouldn't it be simpler if the ability was always on? a 6cc Mythic 4/4 should be able to support that...
