planeswalker concept is freedom. I had originally thought about having Khzgeru visit Aphek, but decided to create a RB protagonist. Creating a RB card that feels like a hero is hard.
I knew I wanted the first ability to be defensive. Her ability is worse than Vraska's, but offers two counters instead of one.
I didn't want an "ultimate" but something that would inflict heavy injury but not be impossible to get off more than once if you continued to gain loyalty counters.

I didn't want to add mana costs to the activated abilities, so I realized how powerful/annoying it'd be if someone had two of these on the field, but I think as long as this card is the only copy you control that it's probably fine. I figured the easiest solution was to avoid the issue was to make the card legendary.
changed text in ultimate from "return 4" to "return up to 4"
I think this would be fine if it only destroyed the opponent's permanents.
