You don't need flash. Since this spell is what's causing you to cast, it's still resolving as you cast the other spell, which even flash doesn't allow. See for example Mindclaw Shaman.
Changed -3 from "Black and red creatures you control gain +2/+2 and first strike UEOT." to "UEOT creatures you control can't be blocked unless blocking creatures get -2/-2 UEOT."
Because Wishpowered and Algebra reduce hand size, I thought I might make a card or two that gets boons from having no cards in hand. Since the number will be so small I'm not bringing about the ability word Hellbent.
"Loses all abilities" is fine, it's the "can't gain" that screws them up. You know the archetype cycle? Every card with one of those abilities has to be coded to specifically lose the ability when the archetype is in play.
They must have to cope with "lose all abilities" from existing cards. I guess you could replace "can't gain abilities" with "can't be the target of spells or abilities", that has a similar effect.
"Cast ~ only if a player searched his or her library this turn. Search that player's library for a nonland card with CMC 3 or less..."
I like it. Seems more like a rare than a mythic to me, though.

"as if it had flash" added
went back to cmc
reduced cmc by and made it so attacking creatures return at your next endstep

implanted creature gets +2/+2 instead. +3/+3 felt rare-level. No changes in cost occurred.
This has flying because it's a stand-in for a dragon or phoenix, which would allow red to have flying on a creature.
Oh, I forgot those. Yeah, that does sound like a pain, I hadn't realised.

Apparently the digital team hates that ability. I'm not sure they even be able to code this effect.
Nice concept :)
