Because Wishpowered and Algebra reduce hand size, I thought I might make a card or two that gets boons from having no cards in hand. Since the number will be so small I'm not bringing about the ability word Hellbent.

With Wishpowered out of red there's not much purpose for a hellbent-like ability, so that was remoed for a new ability.
