Having played against it, it's sometimes relentless, even dispiritingly so, if the only creatures you can muster (through the opponent's removal) have 1 toughness. But there were also games where this didn't do very much, so I think it's probably okay for power level.
Good points well made. I deliberately made it Saprolings to get more interaction with token decks outside of Sienira's Facets; but there are Insect token makers as well (albeit far fewer), and there are a number of printed Insects too. The set's number of different tokens is pretty high anyway, so I do want to reduce them, and this card looks like a good candidate. So I'll probably make that change.
Now I see why the set needs a token hoser. The bounce ability has a nice interaction with ETB, but also makes the enchantment scarily resilient.
However, this is one of two cards in the set that make 1/1 green tokens, but the other uses Insect tokens instead. Design is encouraged to use the same token type for the same size and color within any given set, so they should probably be merged. Given the flavor of the world, Insect is probably a better fit; besides, that also lets this trigger off Garden Scute damage.
Me neither. (I have endless trouble spelling 'Seinira' though...)
Good point, and that deck would definitely be something to check out when we test some SF constructed decks. But I think that's likely also fine by constructed standards.

This was simply to let Johnny break Reminisce, wasn't it? I see infinite turns in its future. That said, the flavor is so sweet. It really wants some tear-jerking artwork.
"Oppression of the Weak" or simply "Oppression" might work better.

I have to say, it does feel a bit of a cheat to let a creature get in for damage, and then sac it afterwards. In the worst case, imagine playing a Ball Lightning with this on the board!
Just stick "Planeswalkers aren't" at the top :)

Having played /with/ it, I also think it's fine as is.
It may be slightly more potent in constructed, though - with only 1 copy in my deck I've often got no lands in hand when I draw it. If I can draw it more reliably by turn 3, and potentially get 2 of them landfalling at once, it may be a bit nastier.

...None of which is to discount your good suggestion of a way of reducing the cost. 6 was probably somewhat excessive anyway. But I don't think I like the triggered wording: it'd be something like "Whenever a creature attacks and isn't blocked, its controller may pay N and sacrifice it. If that player does, destroy target permanent of that player's choice." Either that or "All creatures have 'Whenever this creature attacks and isn't blocked, you may pay N and sacrifice it. If you do, destroy target permanent.'"

Having played against it, I don't think it's a problem at 2R. It doesn't affect the board state at all. It does mean the red mage has time on his side, but I kinda like that. Incentives to make the game not drag on indefinitely. Nonetheless, I'd be interested in others' thoughts.

I'm certainly happy to change the name if anyone has any better suggestions. You're right - an enchantment shouldn't really have an active verb for a name. It's slightly saddening that it's the kind of ability that will basically never trigger - it could almost read "Creatures with power 1 can't attack or block" - but on the flip side, it does let Johnny have a fun challenge with Lure effects or "must attack" effects.
