Congratulations, you've made another Donate: A crap rare with great flavor that could be amazing in the right combo. I'm having a hard time finding a combo within the set, though; Reject the Apostate, perhaps? Granted, in multiplayer it would be extremely interesting, and useful against the Eleventh Rite.
But, OTOH, it's still a 3/3 flash flier; 5 seems reasonable.

Direct damage that can get this big frequently targets only creatures. Then again, for that price you need a serious finisher, and Vent Frustration already fills the role of large creature damage.
The flavor text adds so much to this card; I sincerely hope it fits, with or without the first two words.
Sadly this ends up being strictly inferior to Sylvan Scrying. However, the power of the others in the cycle mean that I don't want to make these Instants.

Lifelink on an enchantment made me laugh, but it makes amazing sense for the set. I also enjoy the way you put the name together with just the right mechanics, and the way White gets a removal spell that fits one of its themes.
Yeah, the wording is fiddly and confusing, so this card shouldn't be any lower than rare. Fortunately the mechanic is powerful enough to be rare anyway. It's pretty much guaranteed to kill the creatures fighting it, but it won't normally trample over for anything more than the creature's normal power. I don't think it's a problem, though I'd be interested to hear other comments.

Heh, yeah, the name is not very good, is it? I should have a go at finding a better one. Good catch - it's essentially got no drawback on a defensive creature. I should probably make that "attacks or blocks".

This is the first name that feels more like a design name than a finished product. For an artifact, it feels very red; however, it might do even better on blue or white defensive bodies.
Nice thought. If only Firebreathing were really keyworded. I want to keep the reach->flying and 1strike->2strike because they're the only two pairs of strictly-superior keyword abilities. The third isn't really necessary.

Mmm, it's comparable to Turn Aside, or Hindering Light minus the cantrip. In fact it's very close to Gilded Light. I think 2 mana is pretty standard for "leave me alone" kind of counterspells: see also Mage's Guile and suchlike.

Serious combo disruption. As a limited counterspell, this almost feels undercosted, but it's close enough to deserve testing as it stands.

I don't think it's that bad. The wording's similar to Necrologia, Plague of Vermin, Chorus of the Conclave etc. Is it the "for each 2" that's the problem? That's intended to keep the power level down somewhere sane; currently it's vaguely comparable to Greed.
Could be. I can't think of one though. A bunch of useful possibilities, but nothing over-strong. Stoneforge Mystic and Auriok Windwalker can bypass equip costs, and I think the free mana is less of an issue when the untap only happens once per turn, at the end of your turn.

This would be much more cleanly phrased with multikicker. That being the case, perhaps it should wait for another set.
