This is a cool ability, but it'd probably be a pain to check on.

Yeah. There's no way I'd want to count the number of cards in every library every turn. What if it counted from your hand?

That's a lot easier to keep track of. It's a shame because library size would be a cool thing to work with but a pain to implement.
