When? Any time?

Start of Upkeep is the most usual timing for such an effect.

Oh. I lied. Furious Assault requires casting. Pandemonium requires having power. Angelic Chorus requires having toughness. Essense Warden requires keeping the warden in play. I don't think there's a way to auto-win or virtual auto-win with NoSB. Guess we got to use Nantuko Husk...

I'm reminded of the massive irritation the old "If two creatures are above this in the graveyard" guy who would just never ever stay dead.

Still, he's probably fair. Just really freaking irritating until I can really freaking exile him from the game forever :)

This needs to be an upkeep trigger. It also should be rare, not common. (Or it could be an activated ability like Reassembling Skeleton, I guess, and be uncommon.)
