Somewhat impractical as written, you're solely responsible for maintaining a huge dictionary. And what "wrong" means isn't clear. Oh, and you don't even have to tell them what the wordlist is.
But there's definitely a germ of an idea there. Maybe restrict it to game terminology - maybe creature names? and give it an activation cost to change a word so you have to explicitly announce it?
And then you could make it that the opponent either has to use your new names for things, or can bypass it by giving you a reward. (Allow you to draw a card maybe?)
And that still doesn't quite work; because of the problem of all word cards, the opponents 'correct' play is the generally less fun "Shut up and point at things". So they'll do that, and this card is then pointless.
Which, pun intended, is also a germ of an idea for a card...
Anyway; I think this one is redeemable; but as written, not so much. (Even ignoring the current penalty clause.)
