Thoroughly approve of the pun - but a few obvious implementation issues:

First of all - it will be on your side of the table. So gets rid of your own stuff. Ooops!
Second; physically marking the table? Probably not a great idea.
Third - 5cm is hard to do. Make it something using player or cards, to measure, maybe?

Each booster comes with a token over-sized card. That should do the trick. ;)
