Goblin tribal. Goblins have had plenty of tribal support. Heck, they had one of the three lords in Alpha. Goblin King, along with Zombie Master and Lord of Atlantis.
MtG goblins are grotsome, small and comedy. Sub-themes of random and sacrifice.
Oh! I know. Back in ye days, we used to have my-colour-boost and colour-hosers. We don't do that now; but we do do tribal boost.
And that colour-hose used to have some lovely lace supports. We don't have those for tribal. But why shouldn't we?
Technically, this can do very few things that Artificial Evolution couldn't already do (Evolution also changed the creature type line.) But that just means we get to make Goblin Lace a cantrip.
Yeah. I thought about that; and indeed for best source this should probably be either instant or "any number of targets" type. But I went with the simplest implementation.
