OK, this needs to be knocked into shape, but the idea is, a "change the rules of the game" card, where everyone gets extra reflections to fight with.
But if you have some cards that are already reflections you can sneakily benefit from their unblockability.
The template needs to be fixed somehow: ideally creating the duplicate would be part of blocking, not a trigger, but right now it isn't. The intent is that you only get reflections for creatures you block with, and those can only block reflections.
